Every ELEVÉ piece, whether a single bespoke headboard or a complete villa furniture package, moves through the same five stages: discovery, design, material selection, manufacturing and delivery. Understanding these stages helps you make better decisions and protects the integrity of the commission.
The conversation starts with how you live. Where the piece will sit, who will use it, what it needs to do, what's already in the room, what your existing references look like. This is also when we confirm the budget bracket and the realistic lead time. A 30-minute discovery call sets the brief that the rest of the project depends on.
Our in-house designers produce 2D drawings, 3D renders and a mood board within 7–14 days of brief sign-off. You see exactly what's being built before any timber is cut. Up to two rounds of revisions are standard. This stage is where most of the creative collaboration happens — and where small details (a chamfered edge, a brass inlay, a stitched detail) make the difference between generic and bespoke.
Every commission specifies its own materials — kiln-dried European oak or American walnut for joinery, full-grain Italian or French leather for upholstery, Belgian linen or performance bouclé for fabric, brushed brass or antique bronze for hardware. Production happens in our own workshop, not subcontracted. Solid wood frames are jointed by hand. Upholstery is built up over springs and natural fillings. Finishing — staining, French polishing, lacquer or hand-applied oil — happens to the same piece by the same craftsman who started it. Lead times are typically 6–12 weeks for a single piece and 12–20 weeks for a full villa package.
White-glove delivery anywhere in the UAE. For high-rise penthouses, oversized pieces are designed for knock-down assembly on site. For villas, our team handles unpacking, placement, levelling and styling. A 12-month workmanship guarantee covers structure, finishes and upholstery.
Bespoke ranges from AED 8,000 for a custom side table to AED 45,000+ for a tailored sofa, AED 60,000+ for a king-size bespoke bed, and AED 150,000+ for a full villa furniture package. Cost depends on materials, scale and joinery complexity, not on showroom mark-ups.
Custom usually means modifying an existing design — different fabric, different size, different finish. Bespoke means designing the piece from scratch to your brief, with original drawings before any cut is made. ELEVÉ does both, but bespoke is where we add the most value.
Standard lead times: 6–12 weeks for a single piece, 12–20 weeks for a full villa package, longer for designs requiring imported stone, hand-tufted upholstery or intricate joinery. Programme is confirmed at design sign-off.
